There’s nothing worse than production stopping for design issues. A recent client asked us to help solve an intermittent design problem causing unpredictable field failures and costly product returns in a product designed by another firm. We quickly determined the root of the problem and provided a way for the device to power down fully so the battery life was conserved. This allowed the company to continue producing products.
