From its founding as a small sub-contracting toy company in Hong Kong in 1978, Jetta Company Limited has evolved to become one of the world’s leading OEM manufacturers, specializing not only in manufacturing, but in product design, development, and engineering as well. With headquarters still in Hong Kong, we are fully vertically integrated with 5 million square feet of manufacturing space near Guangzhou, more than 600 Injection molding machines and the facilities to make more than 1,000 molds per year, 2 complete SMT lines and 60 wire-bonding machines, clean rooms and ISO 13485 certification, and complete QA testing labs for physical, chemical, environmental, and EMC testing.

While Jetta’s manufacturing capabilities are impressive, our product design and engineering capabilities are also world-class.

We started in the toy business, but our technical prowess has led us to clients like iRobot – Jetta developed the first Roomba with them, designing the mechanical and electronic hardware while iRobot developed the software.

Jetta was given an existing service robot with a retail price of US$16,000 and reduced its cost to enable a US$6,000 retail while maintaining all the same functions and the same basic appearance.

We have developed sophisticated robotic toys like Lego’s Mindstorms, Hasbro’s FurReal Friends, Hasbro’s Transformers that really transform, and Grogu – Baby Yoda.

We have helped develop Medical, Healthcare and Laboratory products from pens for subcutaneous self-injection to lab scales then manufactured them.
